Terms and conditions for purchase of Radne Motor AB Org.nr 556289-7834

When ordering, purchase agreement is formed only when Radne Motor AB confirms the order by means of a confirmation. An order confirmation is sent no later than 24 hours after the order is received by Radne Motor AB. If the delivery time is changed in the order, the customer will be notified of this as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the goods are sent. Radne Motor AB has ownership and claim back rights to all products until the full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us you must be 18 years old and Radne Motor must be able to determine the customer's residential address.
Prices include VAT of 25% for orders within the EU. In case of a confirmed order, the prices may only be changed by circumstances Radne Motor AB does not prevail. For example, significantly changed commodity prices, currency fluctuations or changed VAT. No handling costs are added. If the price changes, the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase free of charge. Currency: All goods are sold in SEK within Sweden, and Euro to other countries.
Shipping is calculated before you complete the order, you can see clearly how much shipping will be charged.
We deliver with Postnord and UPS.
4. Payment Options/Payment Terms
4.1 Card payment

Once we have received your order, a reservation is made on the amount to ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase price and complete the transaction. If you use a card, PayPal or direct bank as a payment method, you will be charged when we confirm your order and your delivery is started with us. This is also true when ordering products that are not currently in stock, or have a delivery date later in the future.
Orders made before 16.00 on weekdays weekday are handled on the same day and are normally delivered within 1-2 days within Sweden. We reserve the possibility that all stock items will be sold out before we have time to update the website, and we will inform customers of the estimated delivery times. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge unless the product is in stock. The parcels are delivered by post or other carrier to the pickup point or sent as mail.
6. Delivery delays
In odd cases the delivery from our supplier can be delayed. This can happen, for example, when a supplier cannot fulfill its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this happens, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. You can trust that we will always notify you if deliveries are pulling out of time. You, as a customer, are always entitled to cancel the purchase free of charge upon delivery delay.
Radne Motor AB is responsible for transport to you as a customer. You and the transport company are responsible for the risk of any return to us.
8. Damaged Goods
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order directly. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
9. Right of withdrawal and return
According to distance sale contracts, private customers are entitled to a 14 day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product. Resending goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal/open purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping. As our customer, Radne Motor AB also offers a free return within 30 days from the time you ordered the product. This applies only to unused products.
if you wish to complain about a damaged or defective product, please contact us by email for further instructions. Notify us preferably via email email@example.com before sending anything. Add the invoice/receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for shipping to us.
Complaints must be addressed from private individuals within 3 years, for companies the time is 2 years.
Refunds are made via Klarna, PayPal or Bambora. The amount will always be refunded to the same account used at the time of purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.
We reserve the right for changes in our prices due to major price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events in Force majeure below.

14. Uncollected Package
If your package arrives at a pickup point, you will receive a notification via email or SMS. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the mobile phone number, address and email address you have entered are correct. If you do not pick up your package you will be charged an administrative fee of €30.
15. Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect contractual agreements and pledges on our part, which allow us not to hold The said agreement/commitment shall form the basis for us to be released from our obligations to fulfil the aforementioned agreement.
