Chain Protection Tillett X30/OK Composite Klar

The newly developed composite guard from Tillett uses a completely new manufacturing method, meaning it is much lighter than the original — only 270 g for the Rotax and 230 g for the X30 IAME version.

It retains its rigidity and doesn't wobble like the plastic guard, thanks to the honeycomb core on the mounting side. The new model is much stronger and has a glossy surface on the inside and outside for easy cleaning. It now fits directly onto the original mount from most manufacturers

When used with the complete mounting kit from Tillett, the centre point is adjustable so the sprocket can run centrally within the guard. The new guard has been made wider to avoid contact with long sprocket bolts when wide sprocket guards are used.
