Exchanging for a different size If you want to exchange for a different size, do the following: Place a new order for the size you want. Register your return via your order history in your account, or contact us by email at info@radne.se. We will then send you a return label that you can use for your return. Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item. You only pay the original shipping cost and the items you have chosen to keep. Returns / Cancelled purchases If you cancel your purchase, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act. Here's how to do it: Register your return via your account with us, or include a note with your name and contact details in the package. Pack the item well, preferably in its original packaging with protective outer packaging made of plastic or cardboard. Please note! Product packaging that has been taped or damaged cannot be accepted as a return. Send the package to us using any shipping company that delivers directly to our address (we cannot pick up packages from agents). If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
