Many races have been decided by a chain or sprocket that got clipped against a curb or similar.

That's why we've brought in a sprocket guard that you mount on each side of the sprocket, effectively protecting the sprocket so that the flexible plastic hits the asphalt first instead of the sprocket and chain.

It increases your chances of getting through the race without standing on the side of the track watching.
