Engine components:

Crankcase: The crankcase is manufactured from high-pressure die-cast aluminum for maximum strength and precision. After casting, all surfaces are CNC-machined to ensure perfect tolerances and high quality.

Piston and cylinder: The cylinder is manufactured from aluminum and CNC-machined for maximum precision. The cylinder bore features a Nicasil coating that provides exceptional wear resistance and extremely long durability.

The piston is made from forged aluminum and surface treated to reduce friction while improving durability and performance.

Cooling: The engine uses an efficient water-cooling system that maintains stable operating temperatures even during long sessions and demanding conditions.

Ignition: The digital ignition system is fully controlled by the ECU and works together with crankshaft sensors to ensure precise ignition timing at all engine speeds.

Clutch: The maintenance-friendly centrifugal clutch efficiently transfers power to the drivetrain and is designed for long life with minimal maintenance.

Carburetor & fuel system: The engine uses a Dellorto carburetor together with a vacuum-operated fuel pump for stable and consistent fuel delivery. The intake system is designed for optimal airflow and efficient filtration.
