MyLaps transponders are purchased from us with a subscription. You pay for the transponder initially on an annual basis as selected here, which includes a certain number of years from the start.

When the subscription you purchased from us expires, you can easily renew it in the Speedhive app or on the computer. For the entire time you are paying for the transponder, you have a full warranty on the product; for example, if the battery deteriorates or it stops working, MyLaps will resolve it for you.

When the subscription has expired, you do not need to return it – it is then yours to keep. You can then choose to reactivate it later if you wish.

With the new Bluetooth connection, it is easy to manage subscriptions in the Speedhive app. Subscriptions are available for 1, 2 or 5 years.
