Air conveyor for Mini 60 crankcase

This air duct has been developed to improve the supply of fresh air to the crankcase on 60cc Mini engines. The area around the crankcase is normally shielded from direct airflow, which can limit cooling in hot conditions. This solution optimises air circulation and helps deliver more even, stable engine temperature.

Through improved thermal exchange, more consistent performance is ensured, especially during the hot summer months when cooling is extra important. The design has been developed using advanced internal CFD analyses to optimise the shape of the air duct despite very limited geometric constraints.
