Seat Sparco Grid Q Sky

The Sparco Grid has now been updated with new manufacturing technology and a new interior!

An already great seat has become even better and is now called the Sparco Grid Q QRT

The Sparco Grid racing seat model has been around for many years and is commonly found in drifting and street cars.

The Grid has strong shoulder supports but is unusually narrow in the area below the shoulders, which makes it well suited to cars with limited cockpit space.

The Sparco Grid Q has a comfortable, washable interior; the sections at the shoulders and seat are rubber-coated to keep you in place through corners.

The Grid also has extra pads in the interior that can easily be removed (velcro).
This makes the Grid Q a great option if several drivers of different sizes will be using the car.

Suited for 4/5/6-point harnesses.

  Almost as light as carbon fibre seats, but at a significantly better price.

Sparco QRT stands for Quick Resin Technology and was invented and patented by Sparco themselves.
Simply explained, QRT is about how the fibres in the fibreglass mat are angled during seat manufacturing, and the method by which the mat is then bonded with the liquid polyester resin that gives the seat its rigidity.

QRT gives significantly better control over the flow of resin (plastic), giving you:

-Much lower weight, cutting an average of 45% or approx. 4kg.
-More even distribution of the resin in the shell, resulting in a stronger seat that is also less bulky
