This HANS restraint from Stand21 is made from durable PVC plastic and is homologated to FIA 8858-2010. An essential piece of safety equipment for racing drivers who want to minimise the risk of neck injuries in a collision.
The restraint is fitted with sliding straps that move freely as you turn your head, maintaining safety without restricting mobility. The soft padding on the underside prevents chafing against the shoulders — even when used with a 6-point harness.
With its ergonomic design and 20° angle, it suits most drivers and seating positions. Available in size M/L and L/XL, depending on neck measurement.

What is a HANS or FHR restraint?
FHR stands for Frontal Head Restraint. It's used to protect the neck in the event of a collision by keeping the head in line with the body via HANS clips on the helmet. Always used together with an approved safety harness.
