Hybrid Sport HANS

Simpson Hybrid Sport is the new generation of FIA-approved Head and Neck protection, the so-called HANS device.

Sport is a lightweight composite version of the most technically advanced neck-protection system on the market. It protects against injuries that can occur in front, offset and side collisions alike. Besides its good comfort, the device's low profile also considerably simplifies driver extraction/rescue work from competition cars.

This economy model weighs only 930 grams complete.

• Works with different seat-back angles
• Gives superior "in-car feel" since the belt sits against the body instead of against a plastic/carbon fibre yoke.
• More streamlined, does not catch on the roll cage, seat or window net
• No need for so-called "HANS" belts or 8-point belts to make a HANS device work correctly.

The device is delivered prepared for classic HANS clips. (Not with Quick release as shown in the picture)
