Product description
It is easy to change the gear ratio on a DD2 kart. Simply set the kart on its side and lean it against the kart trolley. Then loosen the transmission cover and carefully remove it so you do not damage the gasket. The primary and secondary sprockets then sit loose, so you just need to lift them out and fit another ratio.
The total number of teeth should be 97 when they are matched together.
