A. Chest
Measure around the fullest part of the chest, below the armpits. Keep the tape horizontal.

B. Waist
Measure around the natural waist at navel level. Keep the tape horizontal.

C. Hip
Measure around the fullest part of the hips, about 20 cm below the waist. Keep the tape horizontal.

D. Thigh
Stand against a wall and ask someone to measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

E. Inner leg
Measure around the thigh just below the crotch. Keep the tape horizontal.

F. Outer arm
Measure from the shoulder to the wrist.

G. Height
Stand against a wall and ask someone to measure from the floor to the top of the head. Keep the tape vertical.
