Training Camp Vendrell 2027

The training camp that gives your karting season a flying start

We have been organising Training Camp Vendrell for more than 20 years. What began with a small van has grown into a much-loved tradition, with more than 2,500 participants joining us in Spain over the years.

Now it is time to do it again—welcome to Vendrell for sunshine, karting and great company!

The track and surrounding area

Vendrell is located just south of Barcelona. Here, we train on a 1,310-metre karting circuit, spend time together and enjoy the pleasant Spanish climate.

Around 50 drivers and their families usually attend. This provides plenty of opportunities to improve your driving technique, try different chassis and exchange experiences with other karting enthusiasts. Over the years, drivers from across Europe have joined us at the camp.

The surrounding area also offers vineyards, golf courses and shopping, as well as the opportunity to go skiing in Andorra.

Why Spain?

While the weather in northern Europe is cold and unpredictable, Vendrell offers much better conditions for karting. During our previous camps, temperatures have typically ranged between 16°C and 20°C.

Great-value accommodation

During the school holiday weeks 8 and 9, we offer accommodation with full board at a special rate. The hotel is close to the seafront and approximately five minutes from the karting circuit.

The price is €40 per person per night and includes:

Travelling to Spain

You are responsible for arranging your own journey to Spain. The easiest option is usually to fly to Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN), approximately 54 kilometres from the hotel.

We recommend hiring a car for travelling between the airport, hotel and karting circuit. Several major car rental companies operate at the airport.

Transporting your kart and equipment

We transport your kart and equipment by truck to and from Vendrell. Transportation is arranged in partnership with Tornfrakt, which has been a trusted partner for many of our previous training camps.

The transport price allows you to bring the equipment you need for the camp, such as:

• A complete kart

• Extra tyres packed in tyre bags

• Tools

• Kart trolley

• Tent

• Work table

• Chairs

Price and invoicing

Transportation costs SEK 7,500. An additional booking fee of SEK 380 applies to each person for whom we reserve a hotel room. There is no booking fee for children aged 0–6.

Radne Motor AB will invoice the full amount, including VAT, as transportation.

The booking fee gives you access to our negotiated hotel rates. You will also receive a Training Camp T-shirt as a souvenir.

Loading and unloading

Loading will take place on 14 February at Skärås Mekaniska Verkstad. The truck will also stop in Malmö to collect equipment from participants joining us from southern Sweden and Denmark.

Unloading will take place at the same location on 13 March, once the truck has returned to Sweden.

Track fees

At the circuit, you pay a training fee for each day you choose to drive. The fee is approximately €50 per day and is paid directly at the track by card or in cash.

Training Camp is popular and places are limited, so make sure to register early to secure your place.
