Sparco Electric Fire Extinguishing System 014779EXP FIA 8865 2.5 L is a pressurised, electrically operated fire suppression system designed for modern closed-cockpit race cars.
This Sparco system complies with FIA 8865-2015 homologation (Technical List 52) and is approved for use in rally and street cars. It features an ultra-lightweight stainless steel cylinder combined with electric activation for fast and reliable fire suppression.
The 2.5 litre bottle contains 3.3 kg of FK-5-1-2 extinguishing agent, offering excellent fire knock-down while being safe for vehicle electronics. Supplied complete with one cockpit nozzle and one engine bay nozzle, the system is suitable for cockpit volumes from approximately 1.35 m³ to 2.3 m³.
