Hans FHR Club 3

The Hans FHR Device Club 3 neck restraint from Stand21, made from thermoplastic, is homologated to FIA 8858-2010.

With significantly lower weight than its predecessor, the "Hans Club", it's an obvious choice for both drivers and co-drivers.

The device has sliding straps that run freely when turning the head, without compromising safety. Soft padding on the underside means it doesn't chafe against the shoulders.

What is an FHR / HANS device?

FHR stands for Frontal Head Restraint, and the term FHR is sometimes used, and sometimes HANS, which stands for Head And Neck Support.

A HANS device or FHR Device protects the neck in the event of a collision. You attach the HANS device to the helmet via so-called HANS clips, so the head stays fixed together with the rest of the body. HANS devices can only be used together with an approved harness.
