Engine components:

Crankcase:
The crankcase is manufactured from injection-molded aluminum, where molten aluminum is pressed in under high pressure for maximum strength and precision. All surfaces are then CNC-machined for a perfect fit and high reliability.

Piston and cylinder: The cylinder is made from aluminium and precision-machined. The cylinder bore features a modern plasma coating that provides an extremely hard, wear-resistant surface with low friction and efficient heat transfer. This technology helps deliver consistent performance and long service life. The piston is made from forged aluminium and features a friction-reducing coating for improved durability and efficient operation.

Cooling:
The closed water-cooling system, together with the efficient aluminum radiator, keeps the engine within its optimal operating temperature even during longer driving sessions and warm conditions.

Ignition:
The engine uses digital electronic ignition controlled entirely via the ECU unit. The system automatically optimizes ignition timing depending on engine RPM for the best possible performance and reliability.

Clutch:
The service-friendly centrifugal clutch is made of hardened steel and transfers power efficiently to the drivetrain. The design is robust and developed for a long service life.

Carburetor & fuel:
Fuel is fed via a vacuum-controlled fuel pump to a Dellorto carburetor developed specifically for Rotax engines. The air box with integrated air filter ensures clean airflow and stable engine running even in tougher weather conditions.
