Chain Protection Tillett Carbon Rotax

The Tillett Carbon chain guard is a lightweight and extremely durable solution designed for kart engines such as the Rotax Max. Its advanced composite construction with a carbon fibre outer layer provides excellent strength while keeping the overall weight very low.

This latest evolution is both lighter and stronger than previous designs, weighing just around 230 grams. The increased width allows compatibility with thicker sprocket protectors and prevents mounting bolts from cutting into the guard.

The carbon composite material remains rigid even at high temperatures, providing reliable protection during demanding track conditions.

The guard features a smooth finish on both the inside and outside surfaces, making it easier to clean. Tillett chain guards can also be fitted to various mounting brackets without the need for trimming.
