Easily separates into two bags, one of which is a traditional backpack and the other holds notepads and the like and easily attaches to a tube in the safety cage. 
The larger backpack holds 10 liters and has separate compartments for laptop and tools. On the outer sides there are elastic pockets for drink bottles and pen storage.
