Seat Sparco Grid Q Sky

The Sparco Grid has now been updated with new manufacturing technology and new upholstery!

An already great seat has become even better and is now called the Sparco Grid Q QRT.

The Sparco Grid racing seat model has been around for many years and is common in drifting and street cars.

The Grid has strong shoulder supports but is unusually narrow in the area below the shoulders, which makes it well suited to cars with limited driver space.

The Sparco Grid Q has comfortable, washable upholstery — the areas at the shoulders and seat are rubber-coated to keep you in place through the corners.

The Grid also has extra padding in the upholstery that's easily removed (velcro).
This makes the Grid Q a good option if several drivers of different sizes will be using the car.

• QRT enables a weight reduction of 45% with no reduction in safety!
  Almost the same low weight as in carbon fiber seats, but at a considerably better price.

Sparco QRT stands for Quick Resin Technology and was invented and patented by Sparco itself.
Put simply, QRT is about how the fibers in the fiberglass mat are angled during seat manufacturing, and the method by which the mat is then combined with the liquid polyester resin that gives the seat its rigidity.

QRT gives considerably better control over the flow of resin (plastic), which gives you:

-Much lower weight — you cut on average 45%, or about 4kg.
-More even distribution of the resin in the shell, giving a stronger seat that is also less bulky
