Product description
It's easy to change the gear ratio on a DD2 kart — simply put the kart on its side and lean it against the kart trolley. Then loosen the transmission cover and carefully remove it so you don't damage the gasket. The primary and secondary sprockets then sit loose, so they can just be lifted out and a different ratio fitted.
The total number of teeth should be 97 when they're matched together.
