Air Density Gauge Prisma

Prisma AirPro air density gauge for optimising combustion in two-stroke and four-stroke engines.
The Prisma Electronics AirPro Densimeter measures key parameters such as:
Temperature
Pressure
Relative humidity
Altitude above sea level
Air density

By storing session data in the device from Prisma, you can adjust your carburettor settings to match the prevailing air conditions, enabling optimal jetting adjustments based on environmental conditions, which improves engine performance.
Via the Prisma APP you can wirelessly transfer all data for storage and further analysis on your computer or phone.

Air temperature and barometric pressure in relation to your carburettor settings have a direct impact on engine power. Maximum engine power is directly proportional to "air density", provided the fuel/air ratio remains consistent. If the fuel/air ratio becomes too rich or too lean, the loss of power becomes significantly worse.

You can store up to 50 sessions in the instrument. In addition to reviewing sessions directly on the device, you can download all data to the app.
All sessions will be linked to the track where the measurements were taken. You can also add notes to each session, for example "Carburetor Tuning #1."
You can export sessions as PDF files so you can print them or share them with your team members.
You can also export all data to an Excel spreadsheet for further analysis.

Prisma Electronics AirPro Jetting is the perfect app for drivers, mechanics and engine tuners who want to optimise carburettor settings on two-stroke engines based on current weather conditions. The app works together with the AirPro Densimeter from Prisma Electronics and uses wireless communication to read temperature, air pressure, humidity, relative altitude and air density.

By combining these readings with the selected Rotax engine model, AirPro Jetting calculates a recommended main jet size for the prevailing conditions. This helps the user quickly adjust the jetting for optimal performance and engine operation during both races and test days.

The app makes it easy to save each measurement as a separate session, add notes, link data to a specific track, and export the information in PDF or CSV format for further analysis.

To ensure accurate measurement results, the AirPro Densimeter should be placed in the shade with good air circulation and kept away from direct heat sources, engines and sunlight.
