The Nexus extension cable is a coiled cable with a 4-pin Nexus male–female connector. It is designed to give extra reach between the intercom/amplifier and the helmet.

The cable is compatible with all ZeroNoise intercom systems as well as other intercoms and amplifiers that use Nexus connectors, such as Peltor, Sparco and OMP.
