Sparco RJ-I is a highly capable and affordable rally helmet with intercom!

With a noise-reducing microphone and enclosed ear-cup style headphones, you can communicate with the pit crew and co-driver even under very loud engine noise.

The Sparco RJ-I motorsport helmet has all the features you should expect from a modern racing helmet: Prepared/ready for HANS neck protection, FIA-rated ( FIA 8859-2015 ), SNELL-rated ( SNELL SA 2020 ), DD fastener ( highest safety and easy to adjust )

Outer shell in two sizes, meaning the helmet's outer dimensions are never unnecessarily large. Interior in comfortable fabric. The interior is adjustable and removable for washing.

Intercom connection with a stable NEXUS connector ( the same connector used by NATO in military vehicles, an extremely durable and reliable system. ) The Nexus connection is compatible with all modern intercom systems such as Sparco, ZeroNoise, Peltor and Stilo, among others.

The Sparco RJ-i intercom helmet has an outer shell made from fibreglass, and the shell also has large reinforced areas with a blend of Kevlar and carbon fibre on the most exposed surfaces.

The fire-resistant, FIA-approved interior has generous ventilation openings that carry heat away from the head and vent it out at the rear of the helmet.

The fastener is a DD type, which gives you the best fit/tension every time you put the helmet on, and it is also very easy to unfasten with one hand ( simply pull the strap to release it ). The strap is made from Kevlar and then covered with a comfortable fabric so it doesn't chafe under the chin.

The racing helmet has a sun visor that provides some protection against glare, and this visor can also be unscrewed.

At the front there is a pre-threaded fitting in case you want to switch to a boom-style microphone. The helmet is prepared with mounts for HANS and Hybrid protection, fitting directly onto all common models of these neck restraints.

The built-in communication system has everything you need, and a bit more.

The microphone is mounted on a steel-reinforced cable that can be adjusted exactly where you want it, while being stable enough not to shift during the race.

The microphone has built-in noise reduction that cuts disruptive and unnecessary noise while boosting your voice, ensuring you are heard as clearly as possible.

The speakers/ear cups are of the enclosing cup style, similar to a pair of ear defenders.

Inside these cups sit two large speakers.

Altogether, the cups and the powerful speakers give you very good sound in the intercom helmet, so you never miss important information from co-drivers and mechanics.
