Race Ready CRG KT4 + Rotax 125 Max DD2
Product description
CRG KT4 DD2 30 mm G-MG Hybrid
The CRG KT4 DD2 30 mm G-MG Hybrid is a high-performance racing chassis developed for drivers in the direct-drive and shifter classes seeking the optimal balance of grip, stability and driving feel.
The chassis is built from 30 mm and 32 mm chrome-molybdenum steel tubing and is characterized by its special geometry around the central tank area. The design gives very good side grip and places itself perfectly between a traditional 30 mm and 32 mm chassis.
The KT4 DD2 Hybrid offers a highly predictable and responsive feel behind the wheel, especially on slippery tracks and low-grip surfaces where mechanical grip is crucial.
The model is equipped with top-class components, including magnesium rims and magnesium hubs, the VEN 11 brake system, and the new 507/509 bodywork for improved aerodynamics and a modern design.

Rotax 125 Max DD2
The engine for everyone from 18 to 100+
What sets the Rotax DD2 apart from other go-kart engines is the absence of a chain and the smooth paddle shifters you mount on the steering wheel.
Closer racing
After 15 years, the major update to the Rotax Max engines arrived: EVO.
The new engines have the same crankcase and cylinder as before, but Rotax has added color to the crankcase and cylinder head for a more modern look. Performance is the same, but much more consistent than before. The engine performs at its peak straight from the factory.
Thanks to the EVO update, the engine got a fantastic throttle response, and previous problems with misfiring and knocking have been eliminated.
Carburetor
The new carburetor, marked "XS", gives noticeably better throttle response out of corners. It's easy to set up and requires much less fiddling with jets and so on.
Electronics box
A specific box for the DD2 with an ignition curve optimized for the engine.
Electronically Controlled Exhaust Valve
The exhaust valve is controlled by the electronics box and opens using vacuum. This means it requires no manual adjustment from driver or mechanic.
Battery holder
With an integrated, combined switch (OFF / ON / START) — a less complex chassis installation and easy to use.
Exhaust system
With a split tail muffler and exhaust system, reduced noise and improved durability. Also lower weight.
