A. Chest

D. Thigh
Stand against a wall and ask someone to measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

E. Inner leg
Measure around the thigh just below the crotch. Keep the tape horizontal.

F. Outer arm

G. Height
Stand against a wall and ask someone to measure from the floor to the top of the head. Keep the tape vertical.
