The optimal engine for Cadet Kart Racing – proudly designed and manufactured in Sweden. 95% of all components are manufactured in Sweden and carefully assembled and finished by Radne, guaranteeing high quality and performance.
Perfect for starting out in karting
The engine is a simplified version of the Mini and Micro versions, it only has pull-start, partly to make entry into karting cheaper, but it is also a safety feature that stops children from starting it themselves and driving off. The engine is very easy to start with the pull-start – so you will not miss the electric start.
New Upgraded Cylinder
For the 2025 season, the Raket 95 has received a new cylinder with upgraded precision, manufactured using the latest casting technology in Sweden. This delivers outstanding consistency between different engines and guarantees stable performance, no matter how hard you push it.
Eco-friendly Dual Charge Technology
The Raket 95 uses innovative Dual Charge technology, which reduces emissions of harmful substances by up to 70% compared to traditional engines. This makes the Raket 95 not only powerful but also more environmentally friendly – perfect for the modern racing driver.
Ignition System with RPM Limiter
The Cadet version uses a different ignition system than the Micro and Mini versions. The Cadet version has an electronic rev limiter that cuts the ignition at 9800 rpm to keep the speed down for the youngest drivers.
Rubber-mounted Diaphragm Carburettor
The Raket 95 is equipped with a Tillotson diaphragm carburettor mounted on a vibration-dampening rubber mount. This reduces vibrations that can affect the function of the carburettor and also insulates the carburettor from the heat of the cylinder, contributing to more stable performance.
Swedish-made Crankshaft with Maximum Precision
The forged crankshaft is manufactured in Sweden and ground to perfection for minimal tolerance. Thanks to this precision, the crankshaft maintains its balance – without the need for extra balancing.
Durable All-steel Clutch
The Raket 95 is equipped with a clutch made entirely of steel to withstand high loads and offer a very long service life.
Quieter Exhaust System
The Raket 95 is equipped with an exhaust system that includes an extra rear silencer. This makes the engine surprisingly quiet for a two-stroke, which is ideal for tracks with strict noise level requirements.
Do I Need to Buy a New Engine When We Change Class?
No! You can convert your existing Cadet into both a Mini and a Micro. We have developed upgrade kits that contain a starter motor + battery, exhaust flange, new ignition coil, etc.
