Side Pod KG 507 Black

Side Pod KG 507 is developed to meet FIA's latest homologation requirements. The product is the result of the advanced 507 project, where the focus has been on optimising aerodynamics, especially the frontal impact area – the part that has the greatest effect on drag and forward movement.

The front area of the KG 507 therefore has a highly rounded and streamlined design without flat surfaces. Thanks to extensive CFD analyses, drag has been reduced by as much as 7.28% compared with the previous model, the 506.

The side pods are extremely compact and weigh only 550 grams, which contributes positively to the kart's overall handling. The KG 507 is used by several leading kart manufacturers, including Birel ART, CL Kart (Charles Leclerc) and Ricciardo Kart.

The clever design means the same side pod can be used on both the right and left side simply by turning it upside down. The new design provides improved airflow and increased ground pressure – perfect for drivers seeking maximum performance. NOTE: sold individually.
