Perfect for Starting in Karting
The engine is a simplified version of the Mini and Micro versions, featuring pull start only. This makes karting entry more affordable and acts as a safety feature to prevent children from starting and driving away on their own. The engine is very easy to start with the pull start – you won’t miss the electric start.
New Upgraded Cylinder
For the 2025 season, the Raket 95 has received a new cylinder with upgraded precision, manufactured using the latest casting technology in Sweden. This provides outstanding consistency between engines and ensures stable performance, no matter how hard you push it.
Eco-Friendly Dual Charge Technology
The Raket 95 uses innovative Dual Charge technology that reduces harmful emissions by up to 70% compared to traditional engines. This makes the Raket 95 not only powerful but also more environmentally friendly – perfect for the modern racer.
Ignition System with RPM Limiter
The Cadet version uses a different ignition system than the Micro and Mini versions. The Cadet version features an electronic RPM limiter that cuts ignition at 9800 RPM to keep speeds safe for the youngest drivers.
Rubber-Mounted Diaphragm Carburetor
The Raket 95 is equipped with a Tillotson diaphragm carburetor mounted on a vibration-damping rubber base. This reduces vibrations that could affect the carburetor’s function and also isolates the carburetor from the cylinder’s heat, contributing to more stable performance.
Swedish-Made Crankshaft with Maximum Precision
The forged crankshaft is made in Sweden and ground to perfection for minimal tolerance. Thanks to this precision, the crankshaft maintains its balance – without the need for additional balancing.
Durable Steel Clutch
The Raket 95 features an all-steel clutch designed to withstand high loads and provide a very long lifespan.
Quieter Exhaust System
The Raket 95 is equipped with an exhaust system that includes an additional muffler. This makes the engine surprisingly quiet for a two-stroke engine, ideal for tracks with strict noise level requirements.
Do I need to buy a new engine when we change classes?
No! You can rebuild your existing Cadet into both Mini and Micro. We have developed an upgrade kit that contains starter motor + battery, exhaust flange, new ignition coil, etc.
