1960
Leif Radne started with karting22 year old Leif Radne started with karting and experimented with engines in his parents garage in Mälarhöjden just out side stockholm
1966
Leif Radne on IKEA parkinglotLeif Radne in his twin engine Tecno Parilla on the parking lot of the first IKEA warehouse in Skärholmen, Stockholm.

Company "Motorfirma Leif Radne"Company "Motorfirma Leif Radne" was registered
1966
First commercial productRadne produces his first commercial product, a mechanical disc brake. The production of the brakes continued until 2006.
1967
Radne makes a reed valve for karting enginesRadne converts Parilla BA13 from rotary valve system to reed valve system. To suit national classes. The system was copied by several importers. The system is common on nearly all kart engines from middle of the 80s.
1972
The birth of an engineYears had passed in karting and now suitable engine for young driver was available, Leif hooked up with a developer at Partner Chainsaw company and they put their brains togheter and found a solution. See full story here

Radne makes the first electronic ignition for kartingThe first version of the Radne electronic ignition system is produced. Lasse Forsman used this in his first world final, became no 2 in the prefinal and no 5 in the final.EEEEEEEEEEE
1975
Radne Karting becomes dealer for Komet.Radne starts to sell the most popular brand for 100 cc karting engines
1975
Generation two of the electronic ignitionThe next version of the electronic ignition system is in production. The system becomes a great succes. Especially in 50 cc motor cross.
1978
Radne partners with Dino kartsRadne starts to sell Dino karts in Sweden, it became a big success for many years
1980
The Raket BrandNew model of 85 cc Partner is being produced. And the name Raket is born
1985
The company moves out of the garageThe small garage got to small, we moved to the present location just a few kilometers from the garage. Now we hade 100 square meters to work on and we could produce more.
1982
The first Radne Karting catalogueWe could see that mail order was successful in other branches, but could the karting people also but stuff by mail order? Yes! We have since then produced the catalog annually, from 24 pages black and white to 300 pages full color in 2015 distributed all over the world.
1987
Radne Motor AB is createdRadne Karting becomes Radne Motor AB a public company
1988
Radne and RotaxRadne Motor AB becomes distributor for Rotax
1989
Raket 85 is upgradedIntroduction of a new and modern crank case for Raket 85.
1990
Radne Motor and CRGRadne Motor starts to work with CRG and we are still doing it after a few decades
1992
Raket 60Production start of Raket 60 Cadet
1993
First website createdRadne skapar sin första hemsida. En första textbaserad hemsida skapades.

First try on E-CommerceRadne developed its own e-commerce, but the customers who had an internet connection are missing
1995
Raket 120 for ultra lightProduction start of Raket 120 for ultra light air craft and karting. Introduction of catalytic converter on all engines, if you so wish.

Internet is a thingInternet becomes more common, developed version of e-commerce launched in two different languages
1997
Radne catalogue in A5 formatThe new generation Radne Catalog is printed - now in A5 format that becomes the new standard
1999
The first Max Challenge RaceThe first Rotax Max Challenge race was started in Sweden
2005
An idea of a new engine was bornEndless hours in the workshop and by the computer developing the first low emission karting engine
2006
The first prototype was presentedThe first prototype was presented to federations
2008
The Raket 95 Dual Charge starts to raceThe first race with Raket 95 Dual Charge was a fact, over 50 drivers with the new engine for the first race
2012
Radne acquires Forsman Motor ABRadne Motor acquires the leading Sparco distributor in Sweden: Forsman Motor AB in a step to widen the business into Rally & Racing. Radne Motor has now 9 employees
2013
Radne invests in better storageRadne takes a big step and makes a large investment in an automatic storage machine that goes through the ceiling up the top of the building that can store and retrieve all material that is in stock. Faster deliveries to the customer
2020
Website in more languagesWe launched the website in Dansih and Finnish languages as well, and the positiv growth of the company is a fact.
2021
Larger warehouseSale is increasing and the need of more efficiant workflow. The warehouse expanded 60% and more office space.
2022
4rd generation E-CommerceWe launched our forth generation of website with new technology from Norce and design from R3.
2023
