At Radne, we offer you a 30 day window to return/cancel your order

We offer cost free size changes on all clothing and personal equipment so that you can easily try your items in the peace and quiet of your home.

Change to another size

Order your new product yourself on our web shop in the size you need and we will send it as soon as possible.

Then register your return in the form below and we'll send you a return slip that you use to return the size that didn't fit.

When we receive your return, we will refund your new costs,  so that you only have to pay for your original shipping cost and the product you kept.

Return / Cancelled purchase

If you have regretted your purchase, you have the option of returning the item to us within 30 days.

Remember to always attach a note with your name and contact details.

Register your return in the forum instructions below and package the package well, preferably in the same packaging that the package was delivered with.

In the event of an cancelled purchase, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping to us.

Send the package with your choice of shipping method with door-delivery to us, for example PostNord Parcel or DHL Parcel Connect.

Please note that we are not able to pick up shipments that are delivered to package shops, door delivery to our facility is required.
