RIB PRO K-7 is the kart corset for the pilot that requires maximum protection with the best quality-price ratio. The shells of the corset have been developed in fiberglass laminated manually and painted with the same technology used for racing helmets worn by the latest generation pilots. The edge of the shells is covered in rubber to eliminate any possible abrasion with the suit, giving to the product an aggressive look. RIB PRO K-7 in addition to the fiberglass element, is composed of two different layers (EPDM and PU) to cushion even the smallest impact when driving. The corset has been studied and designed in every last detail: special internal grooves have been introduced that allow greater breathability and ventilation for the pilot, while the tape adjustment system, the same developed for CARBON, allows each pilot to customize the wearability at his desire.
Sparco Impact Technology: the new technology made in SPARCO® developed by combining a 4 mm EPDM material with a 6 mm PU foam that provides an incredible performance in terms of anti-vibration and shock absorber. All the energy absorption performances have been verified with an impact attenuation test foreseen by the EN 1621-2 standard with a mass of 2500 g (10 Joule) and a fall height of 50 cm.
